Alarms to be inter-tied. 2)Safe up electrical wiring, outlets. fixtures, junction boxes and connections throughout the house. All fixtures and connections to have proper junction boxes. Insure that all 3-prong outlets are properly grounded and that all other outlets have proper polarity. Insure that all open junction boxes, switches and ou~lets have cover plates. Properly attach all loose romex wiring in the crawl space. Insure that the service panel is properly wired and labeled. Install proper tie-downs to secure the OVerhead mast at the rear service entry. 3)Insure that all existing outlets and switches are working. Insure proper wiring and adequate circuits and breakers. 15)Living room: Install (2) new electric baseboard heaters to replace the existing heaters.
