Remove damaged decking wood, step risers and replace with new wood. Dispose of all damaged wood in an approved dump site. Cleanup Restoration. Remove debris and clean off moss from roof. Apply a bleach/ water solution of 1 part bleach and three parts water, or a chemical specifically for the removal of moss which will not damage metal flashing or gutters and down spouts. The bleach/water or chemicals shall be applied with a soft brush or an hand held sprayer After the moss has been treated remove with water under low pressure so as not to damage the roofing material. Floor Coverings. In the kitchen and in front of hall bathroom, remove existing flooring and dispose off site Remove all rotted, or otherwise damaged sub flooring. Repair floor joists that are rotted or otherwise damaged with the same sized material. Repair shall include the removal of the damaged sections and new sections shall overlap existing floor joists by 18' on either side. If new sections are in excess of 4' long they shall be posted and gussets applied. Repair all walls that are damaged by dry rot or due to the repair Replace the sub floor with the same type of material.
