It is called 'The Copper Door". They submitted a building permit application to make changes to the building. Their building permit will be #10-774. I'd like your approval in HTE on their building permit application #10-774. I'd also like your copy of their certificate of occupancy application to be approved (before I issue either of these). I just talked with the owner, Jacob. He'll be calling you soon about the grease trap, and getting your approval. Please approve these applications as soon as possible. I discussed grease traps with the owner. He doesn't know much about them. He's not sure whether or not there is already a grease trap there. They will be doing some major remodeling, so even if there is one it might not be in the correct location. Please contact him and tell him what he needs.
