Cherry St. The easterly ten (10) feet of the southerly 1/2 of Lot 9 for access to, and future maintenance of, a power service pole installed in the northeasterly corner of the above described parcel. 1) Grantee shall have the right to ingress and egress over and across the land of the Grantor to and from the above- described property and the right to clear all obstructions from the described property Grantee shall at all times have the right to full and free ingress to and egress from such said property for all purposes herein mentioned. 2) Grantee shall not be responsible for damage caused to Grantor arising from Grantee s exercise of the rights and privileges herein granted. 3) The Grantor shall not occupy or use the described property in a manner inconsistent with or interfering with the herein granted. 4) If in the future the right -of way easement is abandoned by the City, the rights conveyed to the City of Port Angeles by this easement will thereupon revert back to the property owner(s) and this easement shall be void. 5) The right herein granted shall inure to the benefit of the grantee's successors and assigns, including any party which it may grant contact, joint user or other similar rights.
