Project #9624 WF0003944/001 RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT Grantor(s): Port of Port Angeles Grantee(s): City of Port Angeles, Washington For good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned, owners of the land below described, hereby grant to the City of Port Angeles, a municipa.1 co~poration, the perpetual right to place, locate, construct, operate, repair, maintain, replace and keep clear thereon an overhead and/or underground electric transmission and distribution line or system, together with such communication lines and equipment as may be placed upon the poles or other structures thereof by the grantee or by others with its consent, including the right to cut down and trim trees to the extent necessary to keep them clear of such line or system and to cut down, from time to time, all dead, weak, leaning or dangerous txees that are tall enough to strike the wires; providing further that the property owners shall not erect or place any structure, building, tree or shrub on the land below described without the express written permission of the City of Port Angeles. The land referred to is in Sectinn_._.33 , Township_ TPA 31 N, Range__6 WWM, Clallam County, Washington, and the easement is more specifically described as follows: Parcel #0630001900700000 Sampson Tracts Vol. 170, Page 294 The North westerly ten (10) feet of the south westerly 250 feet of the above described parcel with the constructed overhead power line and associated equipment being the center of the easement. At such time in the future .when the power lines are removed and the right-of-way easement is no longer necessary, the rights conveyed to the City of Port Angeles by this easement will thereupon revert hack to the property owner(s) and this easement shall be void. Grantee shall at all times have the fight to full and fxee ingress to and egress from such said property for all purposes herein mentioned and to remove at any time all of the poles, wires and other articles constituting such electrical system. The right herein granted shall inure to the benefit of the grantee's successors and assigns, including any party which it may gram contact, joint user or other similar rights.
