According to the layouts you sent, the various straps around the buildings experienced spalling up to 3" below the embedment line. According to Simpson Strong -Tie's product catalog, spalling between 1" and 4" below the embedment line results in the STHD straps having 90% capacity. We have reviewed the calculations for this plan, and find that all the straps on the building would still have sufficient capacity to resist the design loads.
