This would mean we would be encroaching the front setback line by two feet with the building footprint and only one foot with the roof overhang The width of the encroachment would be only eleven feet, nine inches and is located in the center of the residence This addition has been design so it would not have any impact on the views from the corner of Viewcrest and Maple streets or any neighboring properties We are requesting an in house variance to allow this encroachment pre our conversations We have enclosed the names and address of the neighboring properties as instructed The attached drawings show the location of the existing residence and the proposed addition Please review the drawings and contact us with any questions Respectfully LINDBER SMITH ARCHITECTS, INC., P.S.
