It should also be noted that it was found that no footing existed under the proposed location of the 4x10 support post in the garage To address this issue the slab was removed to allow construction of a 26' square x 12' deep pier footing with 444 bars at the bottom The size ofthe new footing and its reinforcing was inspected by this office and found to be acceptable Please call me if you have any further questions on this matter Sincerely Tracy Gudgel, P E.
