These utilities are sized for multiple structures on both lots adjacent to this easement. This would require the owner to run water lines to the lot on Motor, but would save the $500.00 for the street restoration. We're making effort to eliminate street crossings, which require asphalt restoration, where possible and thought this might be a good place to do so. Let us know what you think.
