The site is located at the extreme west end of the alley north of Columbia Street, west of Jones Street. Th2 site overlooks the ITT Rayonier mill facilitr. The bluff along the north aide of the property is approximately 75 feet high. The toe of the bl~ff ia situated on the old railroad bed which runs along the Port Angeles waterfront. The slope of the bluff. is an average of 41 degrees, and shows no sign of Slumping or Slippage. Vegetation on the face of the bluff's typically brush and S~ll trees. No evidence of trunk curvature of the trees was noted hich would indicate unusual soil pressure on the trunks from unsta Ie soil conditions.
