Grantee and its successors in interest will, at all times, protect, indemnify, and hold hannless Grantor's from and against any and all damages, claims, liens, costs, or liabilities which may, in any way, be asserted against Grantor's, his employees, agents, successors or assigns, by reason of injury or damage to any persons or property caused by or growing out of the use by Grantee and its successors in interest of the easement described herein. 5. Ifthe City of Port Angeles does not install a sanitary sewer main in said easement, and takes use thereof, within 20 years of the date of recording of this easement, then the easement shall revert to the Grantor's. 6.
