The costs of the streetlights are included in this estimate. This estimate is good for 180 'days and is subject to change as your company provides additional information. ,The customer/developer will be responsible for the followinq: , ~" (\ ~ ~ ~' '" I 1) Surveying and staking the property. Clearing, graqing and bringing the area to final grade ,before installation .of the electrical facilities. 2) Easements as required via the Planning Department for placement of the, tran'sformer vaults/pedestals, guy wire/anchor and conduit routes. 3) Providing a 24/7 all-season road for maintenance. 4) Trenching, backfilling and restoration of the entire job. The primary cable trench must be a minimum of forty-seven (47") inches , deep trench, twenty-four (24") inches wide. All trenching must meet the requirements of: WAC Chapter 296-155N "Excavation. Trenching and Shorinq". The service cable trench(es) must be a minimum of thirty-three. (33") inches deep and eighteen (18") inches wide from the tral!sformerlsecondary pedestal(s) to the meter location. ' All excavated material shall be placed no closer than two (2) feet from the back edge of the excavation and any excavation over forty-seven (47) inches in depth will need shoring. Backfill and compaction will be in accordance with Spec# UM 0 01-P and UM 0 01-S (enclosed). 5) Excavation and backfill to grade for the concrete transformer vault(s) 32"x44"x36"dp. Transformer Vau,lt Std# U 104 (enclosed). 6) Excavation and backfill to grade for the concrete vault at site '3' 48"x72"x42"dp. Vault Std# U 3 04-4 (enclosed). They may share the trench with the electrical facilities. 8) Installation and future maintenance of the underground cable in conduit from the .secondary pedestal(s) to the meter base(s). 9) All required permits. (Trenching in the RIW, etc.) 10) Payment of $22,000.00, The City will be responsible for the followinq: 1) Setting the pole(s), setting the anchor(s), installing conduit riser(s) with primary termination(s). 2) Providing and installing the transformer vault(s), secondary pedestal(s) and associated equipment. 3) Pulling in and terminating the primary cable(s) and streetlight wire. 4) Providing and installing the electric meter(s). , ' If the actual cost of construction exceeds the estimated amount, there will be no further, billing. If the cost is less than the estimate, the difference will be refunded to you. Work will be scheduled in Jive (5) to six (6) weeks after the receipt of the payment for $22,000.00, which authorizes the construction, This allows for engineering design, scheduling the City Light crews and the requisitioning of materials.
