There were enough unusual violations; ones that homeowners would tend to do; but our conversation and the way tlie homeowner was acting raised red�flags for me. Statements from�the owner like: l�."I wiil �call him to let him know." 2."He �sliould of probably known that." This caused� me to ask the direct question- "Who did the wiring here? The owner stated, after a long pause--------=---- "Bud Fraser did". I than directed the owner to the permit and asked the question, could you really sign this permit in good faith?
