He stated he called the Liquor Control Board and that the private underage party at the bar can NOT happen. The bar owners would need to obtain a formal letter from the Liquor Control Board declassifying the bar They'd need to take precautions and lock up all the alcohol. Liquor board inspectors would need to^be there.etc. Dennis said he'll contact the bar owner partner Don Hansen,and tell him that he won't be allowed to have the private underage party at the bar Linda >>> Linda Pangrle 6/8/2010 1.57 PM >>> Hi Dennis, We recently issued a Certificate of Occupancy to a new bar in town,called R Bar Today one of the partners, Don Hansen,asked me if he can have a private party(by invitation only)at the bar this Saturday night for his underage daughter There will be 16 and 17 year olds at the party He or his wife will check invitations at the entry door No alcohol will be served. There will be dancing. He already has a business license to hold dances there. Don can be reached at 477-8391 if you need more information. Do you know of any reason why he can't hold the private party at the bar?
