Linda Pangrle Date: 6/14/2010 1 13 PM Subject: I just completed an inspection of the future Front Street Alibi, formerly Steele's Sports Bar,(permi CC: Jeff Young I just completed an inspection of the future Front Street Alibi,formerly Steele's Sports Bar,(permit#10-464)with owner Chuck Irwin. There is a grease trap/interceptor in the kitchen floor It was open and waiting for my arrival. It had recently been completely pumped out and only contained gray water Mr Irwin measured it and I have calculated it to be approximately 15 gallons in size. The business is not open at this time, but is in the process of being remodeled and cleaned. After opening, Mr Irwin plans on cleaning the trap at least once a week to establish a pattern of necessity He will keep records of dates,amounts recovered,and who performed the cleaning. He will have outside service for the cleaning of the exhaust hood and floor mats. I left him with a FOG brochure and my card,asking him to call if he had any further questions.
