We are delighted to confirm your 2011 preferred corporate rate at the Red Lion Hotel Port
Angeles and look forward to a long lasting and mutually beneficial relationship.
The Red Lion Hotel Port Angeles provides the following services tailored to the business
traveler:
Complimentary guest room high -speed Internet access
Spacious guest rooms with larger than average square footage
Full service dining with bar
Ergonomic work areas with appropriate lighting
Red Lion Energy Zone fitness center
Triple sheeted bed linens
Granite bathrooms with high thread count cotton towels and Bath and Body Works
amenities
TERMS OF AGREEMENT AND RATE:
The Red Lion Hotel Port Angeles is pleased to extend a preferred rate of:
DATES January 1, 2011 December 31, 2011
STANDARD: $89.95
PREMIUM: $99.95
The above rates are offered on the following conditions:
Valid on single occupancy accommodations
Non commissionable and subject to applicable taxes
Based on an estimated volume of 60 room nights per year; or 15 quarterly requirement
volume will be reviewed on a quarterly basis
Rates are subject to re- negotiation based on actual volume
Rates are valid until December 31, 2011, unless room night volume falls short of
production and is re- negotiated
Rates are valid for individual travelers only; group rates and conditions will apply to
reservations requests of ten (10) or more rooms per night
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations can be made one of three ways:
1. Directly with the hotel at 360 452 -9215
2. By calling our central reservations office at 1- 800- REDLION.
3. Log onto www.redlion.com. Simply go to the Reservations section and click on "Other
Search Options (located below the reservation information), at the of the page
enter your company's three digit corporate identification ACT into the Corporate
Negotiated rate Plan section.
All reservations should be guaranteed for late arrival by means of a major credit card (i.e. VISA,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
GUARANTEE FOR GUEST ROOMS:
The Port Angeles require that all guest room reservations by guaranteed for one night's room
and tax. Individual cancellations must be made by 4pm, 24 -hours prior to arrival in order for
individual or the company to avoid charge. Reservations can only be cancelled by calling the
hotel directly or central reservations and obtaining a cancellation number from a reservationist.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:
The Red Lion Hotel Port Angeles is pleased to extend the privilege status of Last Room
Availability. As long as the hotel has availability, the preferred corporate rate will be available for
reservations. This valuable amenity is being offered based on the estimated room night
requirement. Should the actual production falls below estimations, this amenity may be
rescinded.

If the above terms meet with your approval, please acknowledge this letter with your signature
and return it to our office by December 31, 2010. You may fax it to (360) 417 -5757. I will then
countersign and provide a final copy for your records.
