FOR. Roof Replacement at 1013 West 7 Street, Port Angeles, WA.
Scope of Work:
1. Remove existing two roofs and haul debris to Port Angeles landfill.
2. Prep roof surface. Minor repairs are included in this estimate. Major
Repairs are not included in this contract. The cost of all major repairs will
be negotiated between Homeowner and Contractor and will be an extra cost.
3. Install 30# Roof Felt.
4. Install new Drip Metal Flashing on gable ends. Install new Valley Metal
Flashing, new Neoprene Boots on Plumbing Vents.
5. Install Ridge Vent System
6. Install "Pabco" 30 -year, Laminate Roofmg with algae block.
7 Contractor will provide Building Permit.
8. Homeowner will pay Contractor a Start -up fee of $500.00.
Labor Materials. $5,970.00
Tax: 501.48
TOTAL CONTRACT $6,471.48
I agree with the terms of this contract as listed above and will pay Lindquist
Construction, Inc. the amount of Six Thousand Four Hundred Seventy One and
