This was'allowed due to the bank protection work "that positively. affected the area of-the land end of the ramp Complete functionality was obtained without construction- of the entire length to the west. Thus there.isless impact on the area due to construction and the final product meets the needs, of the facility I can therefore report that the Crew Ramp is complete and in conformance with the permits This concludes.rny observat•ons ^oncerning the construction of the crow ramp on Ediz Hook.
