Libera parcel number: 063008581650 Libera address: 4404 Fairmount Avenue, Port Angeles, WA. 98363 Rigg parcel number-063008582100 Rigg address. 4412 Fairmount Avenue, Port Angeles, WA. 98363 Parties to this agreement hereby attest and agree as follows: That m the process of developing the Libera parcel which is the northernmost piece of these two (2) pieces which are apart of this agreement, a driveway entrance needs to be wider and installed on city right -of -way which fronts both pieces and is used by both owners and their tenants for access. Accordingly, any driveway, sidewalk, curb or gutter to be installed will need to be partially on the Rigg parcel's right -of -way which is the southernmost piece of these two pieces. It is further agreed that any expense of design, material or labor for said improvements shall be at Libera's expense and that both parties shall have permanent and legal access to their respective properties in the future. Also, if any repair or modification shall be done at any time m the future, it shall be at the City's expense.
