HomeMy WebLinkAbout14th & O St - BuildingROLLING HILLS HOMES LLC Sue Roberds Assistant Planner City of Port Angeles Dear Ms. Roberds, On behalf of Rolling Hills Homes LLC, we request a Temporary Use Permit for our subdivision which has received Preliminary Subdivision Approval known as Rollmg Hills and located at 14 and 0 Streets in Port Angeles. The permits requested will be for two purposes. Firstly, it is our desire to establish at the outset of the development one model house with a sales office located in the model house. The sales office would be used '4 to sell the homes in the subdivision and other than dunng the normal n\ sales times, it would not be occupied. We expect the sales hours to be 9arn to 6pm, seven days per week. The house would be furmshed as a model and the sales office most likely located in the garage. The use permit would be needed for the duration of the subdivision sales. The second permit needed will be for sales signage for subdivision real estate sales advertising sign. This would typically be 12 feet square and would be erected at the outset of development m the area of 14 street and 0 street intersection.
