There is a shear wail in the basement with holdowns which does not have a footing under the shear wall. d. There appears to be no lateral bracing at the back wall line of the great room exterior wall and not calculations or structural detailing to transfer lateral loads to other walls. e. No structural calculations have been provided to address seismic loading. At minimum seismic loads calculations need to be provided to show that wind loads govem in all locations. f. Structural details shall be provided to clearly indicate proper construction to transfer lateral loads to the foundation.
