Lots A and B can be served from I Street with the addition of a pedestal and secondary cable
per the estimate provided m August 2003 However, smce you will be developmg the next

Our. City Policy requires electrical utihties to be mstalled m alleys for standard Lot/Block plats
and smce this alley will be eventually opened as it is developed, the electncal facilities will be
installed accordingly Please refer to attached drawmg.
d cost for installation of underground electrical facihties to Lots A and B is
labor and material provided by the City This estimate, based on the

changes, the estimate will be reviewed and revised accordingly
New lme extensions are required to be underground unless the cost of underground is more
than twice the cost of overhead. The estimated cost for overhead installation is $3,037 00
which is more than one half of the underground cost, therefore, underground pnmary power is
the required installation.
