I am writing this letter to inform you of the status of the above permit. The permit expired on
February 25, 2012. We have attempted to contact Ace Michaels, Inc. but did not receive a return
call. This will be our final attempt to resolve the status of the permit. If we do not receive a
response from you regarding the above permit by April 20, 2012, we will consider the permit
abandoned and will expire the permit.
