When portions of a floor level are vertically offset (such as -a sunken room) then your proposed house is IRREGULAR This does not apply to a slab-on-grade floor F When braced wall lines do not occur in two perpendicular directions (such as portions of the house or garage at an angle to the rest of the building) then your proposed house is IRREGULAR. G If you have any portion of the above -grade walls that use masonry or concrete construction then your proposed house- is IRREGULAR.
