SECOND AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT
This amendment is made and entered into this 3 day of April, 2006 by and between
the CITY OF PORT ANGELES, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called the "City and the
PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO.1 OF CLALLAM COUNTY, a municipal corporation,
hereinafter called the "District For the mutual benefits derived herefrom and the payments to
be made, the parties recite, covenant and agree as follows:
1. This Amendment amends that Water Contract between the City and the Public
Utility District No. 1 of Clallam County dated July 8, 2004, and that Amendment to Contract
between the Parties dated December 20, 2005. That Water Contract is incorporated herein by
reference and hereafter may be referred to as "the Contract." The Amendment dated December
20, 2005 is incorporated herein by this reference and hereafter may be referred to as "the First
Amendment."
2. Term of Contract. The Contract and the First Amendment are hereby amended
to provide that the contract term will run through the end of June 30, 2006.
3. Except as expressly stated above, the Contract and the First Amendment are
confirmed and ratified.

This amendment is made and entered into thilAAy of December, 2005 by
and between the CITY OF PORT ANGELES, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called
the "City and the PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO.1 OF CLALLAM COUNTY, a
municipal corporation, hereinafter called the "District For the mutual benefits derived
herefrom and the payments to be made, the parties recite, covenant and agree as follows:
1. This Amendment amends the Water Contract between the City and the
Public Utility District No. 1 of Clallam County dated July 8, 2004. That water contract is
incorporated herein by reference and hereafter may be referred to as "the Contract
2. Term of Contract. Section 5 of the contract is amended to provide that
the contract term will run through the end of March 31, 2006.
3. Section 1.A. of the contract is amended so that effective January 1, 2006
shall be changed to read as follows:
Gales Addition Reservoir (High Zone) $1.25 per 100 cubic feet per month
Baker Street Intertie (Low Zone) $1.19 per 100 cubic feet per month
4. Except as expressly stated above, the contract is confirmed and ratified.
