The permit expired on July 7, 2012. Several items need to be completed prior to final occupancy of the structure. Per the Building Permit notes, the driveway, curb and gutter, and sidewalk need to be installed per Public Works specifications and inspected prior to occupancy of the structure as well as an electrical final. A $50.00 one time final inspection fee must be paid before we can schedule the structural inspection. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us. I have made a lot of progress since my last inspection and will continue to do so. Rough -in electrical should be ready for inspection in a very short time, thereby clearing the way for a framing and cover inspection soon after.
