RE: Building Permit #10-154
Dear Mr. Tiderman:
This letter is a memorandum of the phone conversation that we had yesterday. The permit expired
on July 7, 2012. Several items need to be completed prior to final occupancy of the structure. Per
the Building Permit notes, the driveway, curb and gutter, and sidewalk need to be installed per
Public Works specifications and inspected prior to occupancy of the structure as well as an
electrical final. A $50.00 one time final inspection fee must be paid before we can schedule the
structural inspection. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

To whom it may concern,
Due to physiscal and financial limitations I find that I will be
unable to complete my garage project by the current deadline of
January 6, 2012.
I have made a lot of progress since my last inspection and will
continue to do so. Rough -in electrical should be ready for
inspection in a very short time, thereby clearing the way for a
framing and cover inspection soon after.
I respectfully request one last extension of the deadline for
completion of this structure in order to be in compliance with all
City requirements.

The Issuance of this permit based upon these plans, specifi-
cations and other data shall not prevent the building official
from thereafter requiring the correction of errors in said
plans, specifications and other data, or from preventing
