Provide and Install a 108" x 42" Class 1 Stainless commercial hood with filters, 3 lights and a grease trap. This will include a 3000 CFM roof mounted ventilator with hinged access for cleaning, vented roof curb and all welded 16" x 16" 16 gage steel exhaust ducting. Provide and install a 2400 CFM Make up air filtered fan box, roof curb and a supply air duct into the front of the hood. Provide and install a 36" x 42" Class 2 Stainless vapor hood over dishwasher. This will include welded 8" x 8" —16 gage steel ducting up at a 45 degree angle for condensation into the flue as specified by manufacture. Provideand draft an as -built design for the City of Port Angeles. This includes all labor and material for the work listed above. All permits, roofing, electrical and fire shaft enclosure are not included in proposal, but I would help with design and scheduling.
