The permit extension will expire on August 23, 2012. This is the final notification you will receive regarding this permit. If the work is complete, please call to schedule the inspection. If we do not hear from you by August 23, we will expire the permit. After that date, a final inspection may be possible with a $50.00 inspection fee. Alternately; if there is additional work to be done, a short extension may be granted if requested in writing. Until the final inspection has been performed and passed, the structure is not to be occupied. I have provided a copy of the list of required corrections from our last inspection on March 28, 2012.
