It is between S to 10 inches on the overhang and didn't modify it because of the alley. The roof is approximately 480 sq. feet. The TPO needs to be 60 mil(.060")in thickness and �5 contractor will place on the existing 3/4'tongue and groove surfacing. City Staff will be removing and replacing the existing roof and will have contractor proceed on installing the TPO roofing when staff completes their portion of the project.
