DOCUMENT WAC 197 -11 -640 Description of Current Proposal: Amendments to the previously issued Mitigated Determination of Nonsignincance for an approved Clearing and Grading Pelliiit, 05 -24. The current proposal is the construction of a rock retaining wall required by the City of Port Angeles to mitigate unpeimitted excavation that resulted in the creation of an overly steep bank. During a site visit on April 30, 2010, it was observed that two of the six oak trees have not survived and the remainder are not thriving,. Planting methods used were inappropriate and will result in the failure of the, remaining trees. Therefore: 1. The two failed oak trees (the two most southern trees in the row)shall be replanted.
