HomeMy WebLinkAbout122 W Lauridsen Blvd - Technical Permit p Address I dks 61 d Project description Date the permit was finaled h ln' Lt Number of technical pages February 12, 2009 OQ Dear Jim Lierly, The hood that will be installed in the new deli kitchen will be a standard Type II hood given that I will not be producing "grease or smoke such as occurs with griddles, fryers, broilers, ovens, ranges and wok ranges." (2006 IMC 507.2) Should I need to fry or grill, I will use my existing cooking facilities where there is a Type I hood. I understand that the Fire Department does yearly inspections and can detect grease in the Type II hood.
