Clausen Engineers has been asked to comment on the structural capacity of the causeway 1
connecting the pile supported building to the ground at the landing mall.
Based on repairs shown on our drawing 3-1, and the deterioration that has not been corrected yet,
Clausen Engineers is prepared to rate the capacity of the pier at 120 PSF. This is adequate for
Tight vehicular traffic.
We enclose supporting structural calculations.
