f �i °Y i As you know, following a public hearing conducted on October 11, 2010, by the Board of
Adjustment, the Board approved off-site a 32 sq.ft° o sign to be located in -the Residential Medium
w Density zone at the southeast corner of the intersection of South Francis Street and Lauridsen
r i Boulevard i n the area of 2620 South Francis Street. The sign variance is approved with the
l 4 4 following conditions:

1 The 32 sq.ft. s shall be designed and placed as is depicted in Sign Variance application'.
M C ex s SGV 10 -01, on file with the City' of. Port Angeles Department of Community &'Economic
Development. The sign may remain in its intended location for a period not to exceed 18 months
t k;` or until completion of the new ,structure intended to house the Boys and Girls,Club of the
'A Olympic Peninsula within the redeveloped Mt. Angeles View housing development at said
"ail location whichever occurs first. At such time as site redevelopment occurs and new signage is
approved, the.sign shall either be removed and replaced in an appropriate location or removed.

a ,r 01 placement in the right of way.
tk d Placement of a free. standing sign-will require a building permit, so if you haven't applied for one
