On Wed. May 1:6, 2012, I performed a weld inspection on a "pipe bridge walkway",
Instafab drawing/ job 12006, sheetE402, Rev 0, JI-1 Kelley-contractor, Dallas Stalheim-
welder (welder certifications on file at NTI) at the Nippon Paper facility, Port Angeles,
WA.
Numerous fillet, and several CJP groove welds were inspected. All welds were found to
be consistent with the contract specifications, design drawings (mentioned above) and
AWS D1.1. All welds inspected were of structural steel; no pipe welds were inspected.
